Diane Kane is a contemporary, mixed media painter whose primary inspiration is color. Kane has studied art and design for more than three decades and has shown her painting work in solo studio shows and at coffee shops throughout Seattle. She assisted Stephanie Hargrave for her Obeisance/Derision show in 2018.
Kane has studied drawing, painting, printmaking and collage at Pratt Fine Arts Center.
Originally from the East Coast, Kane found her home in Seattle where she has lived for four decades. In 2020 Diane moved to Camano Island with her lovely husband, where they live happily with six chickens and part-time studio dog, Zuke.
